We come from the supply side of hospitality furniture. For fifteen years we furnished hotel group projects and restaurant openings: hundreds of dining rooms, ballrooms, lobbies, and back-of-house spaces. We spec'd the orders, ran the freight when it stalled in a rail yard, and sat through the punch lists when chairs showed up in the wrong fabric. We know what commercial furniture should cost, how it's built, which factories hit their dates, and which ones just say they will.
What we noticed the whole time: big operators get supplied properly, and everyone else gets the runaround. A first-time restaurant owner buying 80 chairs gets worse pricing, vaguer lead times, and more “call for quote” dead ends than a hotel group buying 8,000, not because their money is worth less, but because nobody treats them like an account worth serving.

How we work

What we don't do
We're not a marketplace. Every piece we list is something we actually supply, and we don't publish a price beside it, because the real number depends on your volume and your freight. If what you need is outside what we supply well, we'll say so and point you somewhere sensible. That costs us a sale occasionally and saves our name the rest of the time.
