Commercial Furniture Hub

For designers

Free tools for interior designers.

Four things we kept rebuilding by hand for commercial projects: a schedule that exports properly, a tear sheet that carries your branding, honest COM yardage, and an ADA check you can put in front of a client. Free, no signup, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

Working with us

What buying from us actually looks like on a spec job.

No portal to apply to, no tiers, no membership. We're the supplier, so the number you get is the trade number. Here's the rest of it, plainly.

Trade pricing comes through the quote

There's no retail list price here to be discounted from, and no catalog of published prices to browse. Send us the schedule and we price it against your actual quantities, finish choices, and ship-to address. Bigger counts move the number; so does where it's going.

COM is welcome on the frames that take it

Specify your own fabric and we'll confirm the yardage the manufacturer requires, where to send the goods, and what it does to the lead time before you commit. Our yardage calculator gives you the planning figure to buy against in the meantime.

Quotes are landed, not unit prices

Furniture plus freight to the door, with realistic lead times attached. Commercial furniture ships bulky, and a unit price that ignores freight is the reason FF&E budgets break in the last month of a project.

Commercial grades without the upsell

A five-year concept doesn't need a fifteen-year chair. We price what fits the spec and the budget.

Spec'd it? We'll price it.

These four are free, and they stay that way. When the schedule is built and you want pricing against it, we supply the furniture.

What designers ask us

Are these tools really free?

Yes. No signup and no watermark on the exports. They run in your browser, and the files they generate are yours. We build them because designers who use them tend to come back to us when something needs pricing.

Does my project data get uploaded anywhere?

No. The schedule builder and the tear sheet generator both run entirely on your device and save to that browser's local storage. We only see a project if you deliberately send it to us for pricing. Clearing your browser data clears your saves, so export anything you can't afford to lose.

Do you offer trade pricing?

Everything we quote is trade pricing. We're a commercial supplier, so there's no retail list price to discount from. There's no portal to apply to and no membership to hold. Send us the schedule or the spec and you get our number, with freight worked in.

Can I send you my own COM?

Yes, on the frames that accept it. Tell us the frame and the fabric and we'll confirm the yardage the manufacturer requires, where to ship the goods, and what it does to the lead time. Our yardage calculator gives you the planning figure to buy against in the meantime.

Can you price a schedule I built in another program?

Yes. Email us the spreadsheet or rebuild the lines in the schedule builder and send it from there. What we need per line is quantity, dimensions, finish or fabric, and a photo or link where you have one. Anything missing, we'll ask rather than guess.

Do you work directly with designers or only with the end client?

Either way. We can quote to you and let you present it, or quote the owner directly with you copied. Tell us which when you send the schedule and we'll keep it that way through delivery.

Got a schedule that needs a real number?

Send over every line, dimension, and finish. We'll come back with pricing and lead times.
