For a 300-seat room, a typical package is 300–330 chairs (including spares), the dollies to move them at roughly one per eight to ten chairs, and often a lounge grouping or two for receptions. We adjust from there for your event mix.

No. Tables aren't something we supply, and we'd rather say so than quote you something we can't stand behind. Rounds and rectangles are heavy, low-margin freight that's usually cheaper bought regionally. Tell us your table plan and we'll size the chair count, the spares, and the storage math around it.

We can, alongside a seating package: portable staging, dance floor sections, and the storage carts for both. It's the same freight and the same delivery window, so bundling it usually saves real money over buying it separately later.
