Banquet seating gets bought as a fleet, and it should be quoted as one. A hall that seats 300 needs chairs, spares for the ones that go missing, and (the part every first quote forgets) the dollies that let two people flip the room in an hour. We price all of it together, because that's how it gets used.

The per-seat math is where we start: at event volumes, a seating package typically lands between $40 and $100 per seat depending on frame and upholstery. From there it's about matching the package to how hard your room works. A hall running three events a week needs a different chair than one running three a month, and we'll spec accordingly instead of quoting the same package to everyone. We don't supply banquet tables. If you need those, buy them locally where the freight math works in your favor, and we'll size the chair count around them.
